Lubbock is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Lubbock is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Alex and Dawn were great to work with. Their shop crew did a fantastic job of repairing our car for hail damage in a timely manner. When our insurance stopped rental car coverage earlier than promised, Paint Doctor stepped in to provide a loaner vehicle. When we had questions about the hood, we were able to bring it in and they were able to fix the issue immediately with little wait. Very professional. Amazing customer service. I would return and highly recommend their business.

Couldn’t say thank you enough to the team over at Paint Doctor. They all did an amazing job and went above and beyond for my vehicle. Aaron and the dent technicians and everybody in the front office were all very professional and so kind. I recommend this company to anybody who is looking to get good, quality work done on their vehicle. Thanks again!

Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, and Value Fantastic Body shop! Very reliable and efficient. My 2013 Santa Fe is perfect and I was fortunate enough to find them through a friend. I was provided with a loaner car and they even drove my car out to my house (due to not being able to drive after my shoulder surgery) when it was ready. I’m extremely thankful for your professionalism and going above and beyond!!! Spike and the team many thanks! I highly recommend Paint Dr West to everyone My car looks NEW!!!
